Step-by-Step

Step 1:
Slice the carrots, remove water from chickpeas tin..
Step 2:
Cut dried apricots into cubes.
Step 3:
Prepare the salad dressing: mix honey, cumin, olive oil, juice form 1 lemon, cayenne pepper, salt and black pepper. Leave aside.
Step 4:
Mix chickpeas, carrots in a salad box, add chopped mint leaves and dried apricots.
Step 5:
Add the salad dressing and serve with flaked almonds on the top.
