Classic tomato and mozzarella salad is great, always great. But sometimes you fancy to add something new to create a twist in flavours in the original recipe. Ricotta adds a great new taste to the old classic dish.

Ricotta50g
Mozzarella50g

Step-by-Step

Step 1:
Turn on the oven to dry the bread 180 C, cut pieces with your hands, add salt and pepper and leave in the oven for 5 min. Cool down the bread
Step 2:
Cut tomatoes into quarters, add salt and black pepper, mix in a bow and leave aside.
Step 3:
Blend mozzarella and ricotta. Place the mixture on the bottom of the plate
Step 4:
Add tomatoes on the top, fresh basil leaves. Place the bread pieces in the tomato bowl and mix it with olive oil and place on the top of the salad
Step 5:
You can decorate the salad with small crushed pieces of bread
