Burrata is a fresh Italian cheese made from mozzarella and cream. You can use any mozarella cheese for this salad as well. Rocket and arugula you can replace with any green salad mix bag.

Ingredients

Cherry Tomatoes150g

Step-by-Step

Step 1:
Cut the tomatoes into halves, put them in the deep bow, add salt, pepper and drizzle olive oil, add 0,5 tsp of dried basil and mix well. Leave aside
Step 2:
Place green leaves (arugula and rocket or any other) on the bottom of the salad bow. If you want to serve salad in a bow for each person then divide accordingly. On the top place tomatoes.
Step 3:
Break buratta (or mozarella) with hands into small chunks and place on the top of the salad.
Step 4:
For the salad dressing mix 1 tbsp of balsamic vinegar, 0,5 tsp of dried basil, 2 tbsp of olive oil, add salt and pepper. Mix well.
Step 5:
Pour out the salad dressing over the salad and enjoy.
