Step-by-Step
Step 1:
Cut cucumbers, tomatoes and peppers in small chunks
Step 2:
Add vegetables, garlic, tomato juice into a blender and blend it until smooth, you might need to do it couple of times depends on the size of the blender
Step 3:
Pour the mixture out to a sauce pan and add vinegar, olive oil, salt and black pepper
Step 4:
Keep in the fridge for 30 min
Step 5:
Serve with small pieces of cucumber on the top
