Step 1:
Cut fish into big pieces, cut and fry the onion for 3 min in a sauce pan
Step 2:
Add fish to the onion, fry for 3 min and add 400 ml of water
Step 3:
Close the lid and let it simmer for 30 min, taste and add salt and black pepper
Step 4:
Cool it down a little bit and add the cream, mix
Step 5:
Cut the dill and add it to the soup
