Step-by-Step
Step 1:
Turn on the oven for 180 C. Take 6 medium tomatoes and cut them like a flower on the top. Place them into a baking tin.
Step 2:
Spray the olive oil, parsley and basil over the tomatoes. Be generous.
Step 3:
Cut red pepper, onion and garlic into big chunks and place them between tomatoes.
Step 4:
Place the baking tin into the oven 180 C and leave for 40 min on the medium shelve. Check every 10 min so that onion and garlic can not become burned.
Step 5:
Cool down a bit and add vegetables into the blender with 400 ml of water.
Step 6:
Reheat the soup for 2 min and serve.
