Step-by-Step

Step 1:
Chop onion and garlic into random size small pieces. Prepare the sauce pan, a bit of butter and fry for 2 min.
Step 2:
Slice mushrooms and add them to onion and garlic. Fry for another 2 min. Add 100 ml of water and simmer for 5 min.
Step 3:
Pour out the soup into a blender and add a bit of pepper and salt and 100 g of mascarpone. Blend and taste. Add more salt, butter or water if needed.
Step 4:
Return the soup back to the sauce pan and simmer for another minute.
Step 5:
Serve and enjoy! Decorate with slices of mushrooms.
