Very easy, heatly and tasty vegetarian option. Brocolli provides only 34 kcal per 100 gramms and is an excellent source of vitamin C and vitamin K. This soup has low content of carbohydrates, but lots of dietary fiber.

Step-by-Step

Step 1:
Brake brokolli into small pieces, place a sauce pan on the hob and add 350 ml of water and half tsp of salt, add broccoli and close the lid.
Step 2:
When water begin to boil leave it to simmer for 8-10 min until brocoli is soft. Cool down a bit.
Step 3:
Add soup to the blender, leave some pine nuts for decoration and add the rest to the soup blend until smooth. Add salt and pepper if needed.
Step 4:
Server in 2 bows, pour out the cream and decorate with pine nuts. Enjoy!
