There are plenty of mushroom soup variations, with potatoes, with cream, etc. But I prefer this simple one- easy to make and tastes delicious. Serve with cream if you want or leave on it's own.

Step-by-Step

Step 1:
Cut 500 g of mushrooms into small chunks. Chop the onion and garlic.
Step 2:
Fry the onion and garlic for 3 min, add mushrooms and fry for another 5 min.
Step 3:
Add 400 ml of water and simmer for another 5 min. Add dill.
Step 4:
Blend the soup and serve. Decorate with thyme strings.
