Step-by-Step
Step 1:
Cut the meat into big cubes. Clean the peppers from the seeds and cut into cubes as well. Chop the garlic.
Step 2:
In big saucepan warm up olive oil, add meat and garlic, salt, black pepper and cook for 10 min until meat is browned.
Step 3:
Add 600 ml of water, add peppers and paprika and simmer for about 1 hour.
Step 4:
Add black olives and capers and cook for another 5 min.
Step 5:
Serve with vegetables or potatoes.
