Step-by-Step
Step 1:
Chop onion and garlic. Heat up a sauce pan with a tbsp of oil, fry onion and garlic for 5 min.
Step 2:
Add pork mice to the pan and add salt, pepper and 1 tsp of paprika. Be careful about the salt as we are going to add pickted (salted) cucumbers later.
Step 3:
Chop 6 cherry tomatoes and cut pickled cucumbers into a matchsticks. Add them to the pork with 2 tsp of dried parsley and 1 tbsp of tomato puree. Mix and leave for 2 min.
Step 4:
Add 500 ml of water to the sauce pan and leave to simmer for 20 min with closed lid. Taste and add more salt if needed.
Step 5:
Serve with potatoes or penne with fresh pasley leaves on the top.
