Red Kidney Beans (Tin)400g

Step-by-Step

Step 1:
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Chop onion and garlic. Heat up oil in deep pan and fry onion and garlic for few minutes.
Step 2:
Add chipotle paste to the pan, stir well and add tomatoes. Add chicken breasts and beans to the pan and 400 ml of water. Leave it to simmer for 20 min.
Step 3:
Remove chicken breasts from the pan and leave it aside to cool down. Meanwhile you can prepare vegetables or rice to serve with this dish.
Step 4:
Scrub each breasts with 2 folks and return chunks of meat to the pan. Chop fresh coriander and add it to the pan. Mix well, taste, add juice of 1 lime and salt and sugar if needed. Serve and enjoy!
