Step-by-Step

Step 1:
Put in the blender all ingredients for the sauce: white wine vinegar, fresh herbs, juice of 1 lemon, olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Step 2:
Add salt to the fish and fry it in the pan with sunflower oil for 3-4 minutes on each side. Place the fish on the paper towel to absorb the oil.
Step 3:
Serve the fish with sauce and vegetable salad.
