Step-by-Step
Step 1:
Slice the onion and shop the garlic. Cut chilli and bell peppers into half and remove the seeds and slice them.
Step 2:
Cut cherry tomatoes into halves. Slice the chorizo sausage into small pieces, remove leaves from the thyme strings.
Step 3:
Switch on the oven for 180 C. Place the chicken into a baking tray, add onion, garlic, chorizo, vegetables and herbs on the top. Add salt and black peper. Pour in white wine or chicken stock and place into the oven for 30 min.
Step 4:
Serve with bread or leaf salad.
