Step-by-Step

Step 1:
Prepare the sea bream, add salt and pepper, add a bit of flour, warm up the pan with 2 tbsp of olive oil and fry 5 min on both sides.
Step 2:
For the sauce you will need to put butter in a small pan, chop the herbs and fry for 2 min, add wine or water, capers, simmer and then add 50 ml of cream. Do not overheat the cream. Mix well and leave the sauce to warm up for a minute.
Step 3:
Boil asparagus in salted water for 2 min.
Step 4:
Serve the fish on asparagus and sauce on the top. Sprinkle the lemon juice.
