This vegetarian bolognese so closely reminds the original one that you can't fill a difference. You can use either chestnut or champignons mushrooms for this recipy.

Ingredients

Chestnut Mushrooms250g

Step-by-Step

Step 1:
Grate mushrooms and carrots. Chop the onion and garlic.
Step 2:
Fry the onion, garlic for 3 min, add carrots and fry for another 5 min. Add mushrooms and dried basil.
Step 3:
Pour in balsamic vinegar, tomato paste, soy sauce and leave in the pan to absorb for 5 min.
Step 4:
Make a stock from the cube and 500 ml of water. Pour stock into the saucepan and seam for 20 min, check and turn every 10 min.
Step 5:
Before the sauce is ready cook the spagetti in hot water for 10 min.
Step 6:
Before serving- great parmesan cheese and add it to the sauce.
Step 7:
Serve spaghetti with sauce on the top, decorate with fresh basil leaves.
