Step-by-Step
Step 1:
Prepare the peppers: cut the tops of the bell peppers off and rinse them under cold water, remove the seeds and cut away the membranes. Take a soucepan and place the peppers vertically. Add 100 ml of water, close the lid and let them soften for 5 min. Cool down and leave aside.
Step 2:
Chop the onion and fry it for 2 min, add mince to the pan, season with salt and pepper and fry for another 5 min.
Step 3:
Chop the courgettes into cubes and leave aside. Prepare the sauce: mix sour cream and chopped tomatoes, add salt and pepper. Pour out half of the sauce into the meat and stir for another 2 min.
Step 4:
Chop the pasley and add it together with courgettes to the pan and mix with the meat. Don't cook just leave aside.
Step 5:
Stuff the peppers with mince meat and courgettes mixture and place the peppers vertically back to the sauce pan. Pour out the rest of the sauce to the bottom of the peppers and close the lid. Simmer for another 5 min.
Step 6:
Serve and enjoy with the remaining sauce from the sauce pan.
