Step-by-Step
Step 1:
Chop finely the onion. Place a large pan on a hob and fry onion for 2 min with 1 tsp of olive oil. Add mince and fry for another 5 min, occasionally stirring and seasoning with salt and pepper.
Step 2:
Chop the courgettes into small cubes. Chop the pasley. Prepare the sauce: mix sour cream and chopped tomatoes, add salt and pepper. Add the sauce to the meat and let it simmer for 2 min.
Step 3:
Add courgettes and parsley to the meat, stir witht he sauce and let it cook for 2-3 minutes. Be careful and don't let courgettes to be overcooked, they need to be crunchy.
Step 4:
Serve adn enjoy on it's own
