Step-by-Step

Step 1:
Cut the chicken into cubes, season with a bit of salt and black pepper. Chop the onion and garlic. Prepare the deep sauce pan. Add oil and fry the chicken first until browned. Then add garlic and onion and fry for another 3 min.
Step 2:
Cut the tomatoes into quarters and add to the chicken. Grate or finely chop the fresh ginger and add to the pan. Add spices as well: turmeric, ground coriander, dried coriander leaf, 2 stock cubes and mix well with the chicken.
Step 3:
Pour out the coconut milk and add 400 ml of hot water. Add peanut butter and mix well until it is creamy.
Step 4:
Simmer for 15 min. Add juice of 1 lemon. Taste and add salt, cayenne pepper (to make it hot) if needed. Cut green beans and baby corn into large chunks and add to the curry. Simmer for another 3 min and serve.
Step 5:
Enjoy with vegetable or rice!
