A very nice afternoon tea treat. You can replace cottage cheese with tworog which you can find in special eastern european food stores.

Step-by-Step

Step 1:
Prepare the butter at a room temperature. Cut 1 pear into small cubes and the rest into beautiful pieces to use for the decoration later.
Step 2:
Whisk the eggs till white, add sugar and blend until it absorbs. Add cottage cheese, cinnamon and slowly blend in flour to prepare a nice mixture.
Step 3:
Take a cake tin and put a little bit of butter on the borders. Pour out the cake mixture into the tin and mix it with the pear cubes. Decorate with the rest pear pieces on the top.
Step 4:
Bake for 40 min in the oven 180 C. Enjoy!
