Christmas cookies

Step 1:

Prepare the butter, it should be room temperature

Step 2:

Whisk 1 egg for couple of minutes, add sugar and try to dissolve it

Step 3:

Add the butter and mix well

Step 4:

Take 250g of flour and add to the eggs and butter. The dough should be a little sticky. Put the rest of flour to the table, add the mixture, mix it with the rest of flour and roll out the dough about 1 cm thick

Step 5:

Use a glass to cut round cookies, add them to the baking tray, whisk slightly another egg and grease the cookies on the top

Step 6:

Prepare the oven for 150 C and bake the cookies for 15 min
